The job market is still unfavourable to mature PMETs - many are out of jobs and still cannot find jobs.

The reply given is that this is a difficult problem to solve.

Wonder how long can this issue be solved - as there are manpower shortage in the Economy - but are not employing mature PMETs who are looking for job.

To date, there is no dedicated specific policy that are able to effectively tackle and resolve the mature PMETs job problem for Singaporeans - though this is one of the election manifesto.
