One dead, dozens hurt as car mounts sidewalk on Las Vegas Strip

    No matter how drunk a person is - she may lose control of the car and mount the curb once.
    But she deliberately mounted the curb 3 times ---- and this has nothing to do with intoxication. It seems intentional to cause hurt.
