Though no one take joy in the killing of humans, but administering justice and preventing future terrorism is necessary to make the World safer from this terrorist masterminds.

This ISIS masterminds will have to suffer in Avici Hell for those atrocities they have committed - & only after they have repaid their evil karma and only after they repent - can they be salvaged from Avici Hell.
