Iraqi forces in fierce battles with IS in Ramadi

If possible, try to cut off the electicity supply and water supply to the government complex in which the ISIS daesh are hold out.

(1) By cutting off the electricity, the ISIS daesh will be deprive of air-con (and in a desert within a confined space - they will not be able to hold too long in hot and stuffy place).

(2) By cutting off water supply, the ISIS daesh will have no drinkable water - and with such hot weather, they will give up.

It is possible to force an unconditional surrender from the ISIS daesh very quickly.
And if the ISIS daesh won't give up, they will lose their will to fight, no more strength, too thirsty to fight - and the ISIS daesh will be easily defeated.
