Taking out the 5 ISIS daesh from 800 meters (almost 1 km) with 3 shots is very impressive.
All the more they are wearing suicide vest - ready to kill hundred innocent lives - their karma has ripen.

Good job - SAS team.

With no telescopic scope, at 400 metres, a soldier appear like match stick.
At 800 metres, a soldier is even smaller - and aiming a rifle at it is difficult - not to talk about hitting the target.

Moreover, normal assault weapons effective range is 300 - 400 metres, 800 metres is out of range.

Thus what this SAS sniper used - must be extremely high-powered rifle with powerful magnified telescopic scope - in order for him to hit his target so accurately - not an easy feat.

Again, thanks for stating the obvious.

Would it be correct to assume that from 1200 metres it is a more difficult shot?

Not sure if any rifle has an effective range beyond 1 km.
