Many conflicts and wars have been fought between the Catholics and Protestants ---- which up to as late as 1990s - before the karma religious seeds of the variants of Christianity finally expired and make peace.
Sunnis and Shiites is going through a similar manifestation of the religious karma seeds - and will have to go through the similar manifestation of this religious karma seeds ---- before peace can prevail.

Why the West are so integral with Muslim Countries - and are mired with the Sunnis vs Shiites struggle --- is due to the karma seeds arising from the same biblical source.
That is the reason why :-
The West must not put large troops boots into the Muslim Countries - when the Sunnis and Shiites are going through the religious and political struggle (like what the Catholics and Protestants are going through).
The Sunnis and the Shiites - need to unravel their religious karma seeds by themselves (just like Catholics and Protestants need to unravel their religious karma seeds by themselves).
The West should only play as a facilitator roles - to bring peace between the Sunnis and Shiites.
Thus when the 6 major player to negotiate the peaceful nuclear deal for Iran ---- a good karma seed is planted - which hopefully can help to unravel the religious karma seeds between the Shiites and the Sunnis.

Are we hearing about Christianity terrorism nowadays - where bombs explode here and there just like in the 1990s and earlier?
Now none, but in the 1990s and earlier - it is every now and then.
Now do we hear Islamic terrorism? Yes, every now and then just like the Christianity terrorism in the earlier years.
So do you think Islamic terrorism will cease just like what Christianity terrorism cease (now no one hear of Christianity terrorism)?
My answer is yes.

Actually what is the root cause why :-
(1) Christianity - Catholics vs Protestant
(2) Islam - Sunnis vs Shiites
have to go through these centuries and decades of karma seeds - of war, conflict and terrorism ?
The karma seed that cause this is :-
(1) Christianity - only Christian is the right religion - all other religions are false - and will go to hell.
(2) Islam - only Islam is the right religion - all other religions are false - and will go to hell.
It is because of this root cause ----- Christianity and Islam ---- due to Universal Law of Karma (go through centuries and decades of sufferings in "Living Hell") ---- because of this "Mutually Exclusive" concept that go against the Universal Law of Karma.
Only when Christianity embrace mundane practices of Mutually Inclusiveness that include other religions - will the centuries and decades of Christianity conflict, war and terrorism stop.
Islam must do the same - before centuries and decades of Islamic conflict, war and terrorism will stop.

By solving this root cause :- is called :-
(1) Moderate Christianity - one that embrace other religions as well.
(2) Moderate Islam - once that embrace other religions and races as well.
Only by solving this - will resolve the centuries "Biblical karma seeds - of hatred, conflict, war and terrorism" ---- and the World will then be at Peace, Harmony and Prosperity.
The West - is experiencing a backlash of terrorism from extreme ISIS Islamic backlash - because it share this same ideological "Mutual Exclusiveness" concept - and this karma seed is ripening now.

Incidentally, other religions like Hinduism, Taosim, Buddhism, Sikhism did not have these "Mutually Exclusive" ideology - that is, they are the only right religion and other are false religions and thus condemn to hell ----- did not have such centuries and decades of religion conflicts ---- because it does not have such karma seed ----- under Universal Law of Karma.

Nirvana - Heaven - Human - Animal - Hell (Other realms not mention by Christianity, Islam - Asura, Hungry Ghosts) ----- are a loop that chain all realms together.
Nirvana (all religions called Heaven except Buddhism) - chain mundane Universe together.
If any religion proclaim its religion is the only truth - and the rest are all false religions and will go to hell - it trigger the mirror effect (karma effect) - of a Living Hell for the religion that proclaim so - which is not accurate under the Universal Law of Karma - for ignoring other realms.
By proclaim the Universe only made up of Heaven, Human (including Animal) & Hell realms are too simplistic - because it ignore other realms plus other sub-realms - which is not the Universal Truth and does not conform to the Universal Law of 10 realms and many sub-realms.

For example in Heaven realm alone - there are 3 main categories and in each main categories there are various sub-realms with varying characterisitics and attributes.
(1) The highest Heaven category is :-
Formless Heavenly realm - characterise by formless arupa Jhana heavenly beings.
This realm has 2 sub-realms - (a) Nothingness and no-nothingness (b) Perception and non-perception - where its arupa Jhana properties differ - one in attainment of breaking the concept of perception and the other in attainment of breaking the concept of physical properties vs the particles that make up the properties.
Both realms are sub-conscious centric as compare to lower realm that are conscious-centric.
(2) The 2nd highest Heavenly realm - characterise by form rupa Jhana heavenly beings.
This heavenly realm - mark the first breakthrough in the transformation of mundane 5 mental aggregates into supramundane consciousness.
It is make up of 4 sub-realms with 5 supramundane consciousness that replace the mundane consciousness of 5-sense consciousness, feelings, perception, judgement and mental formation.
The 5 supramundane consciousness are Initial application of nimitta, Sustained application of nimitta, Bliss, Joy and 1-pointedness of Equanimity - that will not be experienced by any normal human beings - except beings in Jhana Samadhi.
(3) The 3rd highest Heavenly realm - is characterise by Sensual Desire heavenly beings that enjoy the maximum human sensual please of the 5 human mundane pleaseure of 5-sense consciousness, feelings, perception, judgement and mental formation.
It is suspected that both Christianity and Islam is preaching this level of Heavenly realm based on the characteristic describe by its respective Holy books.

Even describing Hell by Christianity and Islam is too simplistic - which simply mention is a burning hell.
Firstly, Paranormal realm is make up of Hungry Ghosts realm and Hell Realm.
Hell Realm alone is not 1 realm - it is make up of 8 Great Hell realms.
Each Great Hell have 4 side with 5 minor hells. In total, there are 168 hells.
Each Hell realm have different characteristics - not all hell realms are realms of fire.
Some realms are extreme cold, some realm are realm of boiling oil, and many other realm of torture.
Hell realm of fire - are associated with sin from war, conflict.
