  The Future Economy must provide opportunity for Singaporeans such as :-

  (1) Young Singaporeans for graduates, non-graduates

  (2) Mature Singaporean PMETs and Workers

  (3) Senior Singaporeans citizens

  (4) Handicapped Singaporeans

  (5) Permanent Residents

  - and only when the above are taken care off - complemented by foreign workers for those areas not done by Singaporeans and PRs.
