Climate talks shift from binding targets to 'name and shame'

This climate deal 2015 in Paris - will determine if human civilisation on Earth can survive in 2050, or longer 2100 or if miracle happen, beyond 2100.

Collective human actions (where Countries) uphold their determination to cut carbon emissions - will determine if human on Earth can survive the onslaught of the climatic conditions (rising temperatures, rising seawater that flood major cities, landslides, volcanic eruptions etc).

If collective human actions fail to cut carbon emissions --- it means human civilisations (irregardless of which Countries we dwell in) - will collective suffer the onslaught of the climatic conditions - that are caused by human mankind.

This is Universal Law of Collective Karma - that will face by mankind.
