Lucky thing that England do not have lax gun control, as this terrorist does not have easy access to gun - knife is less damaging compare to gun.

Conversely, in US, the lax gun control provide abundance of high powered assault weapons even can stock up to 6,000 bullets at the disposal of the terrorists - it will be heaven to terrorists to get gun and inflict the highest number of casualties possible.
