Cutting off the supply lines of ISIS daesh - whether recruits, oil, finance, water, food, logistics, ammo, weapons etc - will accelerate the demise of ISIS daesh.

In fact less fighting with the ISIS daesh will be required - if the ISIS daesh run out of water, food, ammo, weapons, logistics, cash and manpower - and this will force ISIS daesh to surrender - with less casualty on both sides.
