If modification of human cell for medical purposes is ok.
Birth or conception through medical assisted technique is ok - as long as it is equivalent to natural human conception of sperm and womb.

But human cloning - which is human artificial creation of cloned human not through natural birth ---- will have unintended consequences of not birth of human mankind - but human created beings - that are emulating human mankind.

The consequences can be disastrous to human race - if cloned human are produced by humans.

The whole human civilisation will be "unnaturally skewed" - and pure natural human civilisation will cease to exist - when cloned human mate with natural human - and produce an offspring of hybrid cloned and normal human ----- and spring off "non-human species" === which could be the advent of Asura realm.
