The problem is, employers are still not recruiting mature PMETs despite shrinking in the workforce and shortage of manpower.

In Singapore, the issue of mature PMETs getting jobs has still not been resolved.

Government are not doing enough or have effective policy to work with private enterprises to help mature PMETs to get jobs and resolve the manpower shortage problem.
