Singapore should explore with China to see whether Singapore can be involved in regional clusters projects like the :-
(1) Greater Bay Area to Guangdong Ports and Hongkong ports
(2) Yangtze River Delta region to Shanghai Ports.

Both these projects should be pursued - after we have successful cooperation with China on ChongQing connectivity BRI project.
