(1) What has Osman Saipan done to promote bilateral relationship between Johor and Singapore?
None - except to instigate tension :-
- illegal intrusion into Singapore Territorial Water
- talk about revising water price
- talk about building crooked bridge
- derail talk on investment into Iskandar Development

(2) Cause tension between Johor Royalty and Federal Government

(3) Cause incoherent development perspective between Johor state government and Federal government.

(4) Lie about fake degree

You should resigned long long time since you have a fake cert and cannot perform your duty well. Always follow the boss back side is not a right thing to do for any human being because you only cause trouble to others even if it is a wrong move. I do not think SG Govt respect you even if you are present at the retreat.

PPMB is a dustbin for all clowns cos the Chairman (corrupted Old Dog) and the president(idotic son with fake degree) are taking in numbers on people of their kind without integrity and ability.

It'll be great for Johor to say "good bye" to this useless "echo sounder" of the vintage Old M - MB Osman and it'll be even better to say "enough, it's enough" to the irresponsible and inefficient federal govt which so far have failed to render any workable solution for Johor in those recent "disastrous / poisonous" issues but only know how to create "negative feelings" between S'poreans and Johoreans.
High time for "Merdeka Johor !" ?

Maybe problems with communication regarding the ship- to- ship docking
at the straits of Johor.
Sultan of Johor was not informed, but mahathir said the government did.
Singapore denied knowledge of such project.
Maybe there are problems...

Li Ka Shing must have been conned by them to a JV. It's still early to distance his company from the corrupted Old Dog crony.

Corrupted Old Dog is also doing a wayang show. Sleeping and finding troubles with others and have no knowledge on how to move forward as promise the rakyats on his election manifesto. Promises the Rakyat Heaven, but now the country is further into Hell. Only thinking of how to corrupted before his last breathh. Most people curse and swear at this corrupted Old Dog and wish King Of Hell will act immediately.

Sampan man boarded vessel despite being told not to do so, desperate to score political points. Don't have degree is ok but don't fake it cos it make the government red faced.
Screw up big time going to Batam instead of attending to chemical spill. Contradict his almighty on the ship-to-ship port is the last straw. You're not even qualified to sit in the antique Proton Saga (think hard on this)
Nicely put is asking for his resignation, bluntly said "Trump's favourite words - You're fired !"
Make sure your next job is not in charge of stirring shit.

For other countries, top gun will cut short their travel and meeting with their host country to fly back when in crisis but this guy just travel to Batam and leave the problem for other to solve. Do you as FAKE CM give some of your salary to those who help you when you go for holiday in Batam.
