Singapore is a Sovereign Country - and is not subordinated to or vassal state of any other Countries.

Singapore decide its own destiny - and is friendly to All Countries.

Singapore will only look for mutual benefits and Win-Win outcome with All Countries.

(1) China is not moving away from Singapore ports. Conversely, Singapore and China has joint investment in Chongqing connectivity and the Southern Transport corridor where Singapore has invested more than US$20 billion into Chongqing alone.
China has also leased 3 mega berths with Singapore - to connect China 9 provinces hub to Singapore hub of 9 ASEAN Countries as well as Singapore as gateway to International maritime network.

(2) When you say US don't want Singapore - you are damned wrong.
US is the largest investors in Singapore and using Singapore as gateway to many Asian Economies.

You probably have forgotten that Trump chose Singapore as the place for summit with NK Kim for the denuke talk.

To improve friendship, first we need to heed Mr Kishore wise advise, know our position as a small nation without delusion.

Stay out of ZUS hegemonic geopolitical game to contain China with trouble maker QUAD.

Spore only need friends, not self make enemy. QUAD is our real enemy using us as canon fodder to achieve their hegemonic imperialism ambition, stirring trouble in peaceful rising Asia.

All deep in poverty, they give zero benefits & promote no peace in our Asia. But they drive us to conflict with our most strategic trade partner China. They want us buy their lethal weapons to join endless war mongering. One that give no benefit but harm can never be our friend.

Peel off the stamps on our eyes to see clearly, what a mess is their countries in, and how many aggression wars they did to the world in history up till now?

Stay in neutral path as our forefathers had well throttled, and be helpful & friendly with everyone to make us a valuable friend of all. Then we can continue to develop & prosperous safely, with only friends blessing.
