(1) Jhana Samadhi (禅定) mental state has exactly the same phenomenon of the "Black Hole" - the event horizon, the point of no return, the strong suction of all cosmic bodies into the black hole.
(2) Another phenomenon, that have yet to be captured by Science is the "supernova explosion" from the "black hole" to form the Physical Universe --- in which Nirvana (涅槃) mental state will mirror such phenomenon.
(3) 5 mental aggregate emptiness (五蕴皆空) and 4 Great Elements emptiness (四大皆空) --- are the phenomenon of the above Mental States.

(a) 1-pointedness Concentration --- Perfect Concentration.
(b) 1 Unified Nirvana - encompassing the Entire Physical Universe (where form is formless, formless is form) - 色是空，空是色。

Glad to have Asian scientist like Kevin Koay to be involved in this "first black hole image" project otherwise M'sia seems to be well known for having "wayang-wayang" politicians who keep creating own "black holes" in their finance syatem ?

This Asian/Malaysian did not contribute significantly to this milestone. A postdoc called Katie Bouman was the key person in this success. There were 200 scientists involved in this effort. Not all scientists are created equal. Bouman stood head and shoulders above the rest. I don't know why this Malaysian is even being mentioned.
