The above 2 statements basically sum up the "likely outcome" of the retreat.
Not much deal will come out of the retreat - except some diplomatic handshakes - as most of the current disputes "are intentionally make" not to build positive bilateral relationship --- but more like "没事找麻烦“。(no issues look for problem to negotiate).
