Let see whether this project did intrude into Singapore Territorial Water or not.
Based on the location - it seems to be right in the middle of the territoral line that separate Singapore and Johor.

Johor's food and beverage (F&B) industry has been affected by a decline in tourist arrivals from Singapore due to ongoing tensions between the city state and Malaysia as well as delays at the immigration, news portal The Malaysian Insight reported on Tuesday.

It said 10.62 million Singaporeans visited Malaysia last year, a drop of 14.7 per cent of 12.4 million Singaporeans compared with 2017.

"Johor's tourism industry thrives on visitors from Singapore. This has also impacted the services industry in a big way.

Mr Ho was referring to the ongoing airspace and maritime border dispute between the two countries, as well as Putrajaya's call for Singapore to pay more for the raw water it buys from Johor.
Echoing Mr Ho's views, Federation of Hawkers and Petty Traders' Association Malaysia president Yow Boon Chuan said hawkers in the southern Malaysian state also complained that their businesses have suffered since early this year.

"Business has been bleak since Chinese New Year because of decreasing tourist numbers and the economic downturn," he was quoted as saying.
Hawkers who ply their trade at the state's numerous night markets depend on tourists to keep their operations afloat as tourists constitute about 30 per cent of their income.

The STS project seems to supersede on the location of the Forest City project.

No wonder the Johor Crown Prince is so furious.

Mahathir seems to replace the Forest City project with STS project.

Hongkong project replacing China project? (what a great joke - wonder Hutchinson did not review the risk it is facing?)

Sundar Kannan : 'ello, China is not on Singapore side.
Indians in Johor came to Singapore to work.
Early morning at 5:15am you can see many Indians women waiting at the 170 bus terminal to transport them to Newton.
They arrive by the Causeway transport bus and take 170 to Newton and then to Orchard Road to work.
The first bus service of 170 is fully filled up with these women.
so 'ello, 'ello.

Now that Mahathir has clearly shown the cards in his hands, any future negotiations between the two countries should not be like that for the HSR anymore. We should get tougher and go strictly by the rules and laws.
Continue to ban their vehicles with unpaid fines or also those that break our traffic rules. Go strictly by the rules on what were agreed upon between Singapore and the previous govt on the Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System project and not entertain anymore delay. Better still if there are penalty clauses in our favour and exercise them. Cut the volumn of treated water we sell back to Malaysia to 5 million gallons per day as stated in the agreement and let the Johor Sultan raise the problem of water shortage with the Federal govt.

This quarrel between Mahdey and the Johore Royal family is of no concern to us.

Our concern should be the project which is being built opposite Tuas. According to Mahdey, it is being built in Msian waters. Donno true or not.

Stay tuned for Ah Khaw, Vivi, or Shan to respond.

It looks like Dr. M wants to show that he is more powerful than the royals and will go about doing things his way as he feels that the royals cannot do anything about it.

Seriously, I won't be surprise that in the planning & discussion stage, he deliberately informed his team to keep Johor in the dark with the confidence that he overrides the royals.

Just my opinion.

The Sultan should do what is within his power to take Johor out of Malaysia and be independant before this Mad dog start to bite you again with poison teeth. The Fake JBCM said that he did not know about "The ship-to-ship hub project" and yet Mad dog insisted that he knew so who to trust? Also now SG know why Mad dog push into SG water and claim as theirs and I don't think TALK will work. Come On SG Govt, the people is looking at you. Don't always use SOFT approach for Malaysia.

The fact is Malaysia is doing and going all out to undermine our sovereignty and our National interests is of great concern to our government and citizens. We must start showing them our colours too.

By his own admission that he has "not much time left, that's why need to hurry", the vintage Old M is now doing his utmost within his limited borrowed time to "kill 2 eagles with 1 arrow".
As his priority is always to threaten the survival or livelihood of S'pore but failed to convince others (including his failure to stir Johoreans aagainst S'pore) to accept his earlier "more crooked bridges", "3-sen water price", etc, this sudden ship-to-ship transfer hub project is his latest "evil & wicked" idea to impact S'pore's survival.
At the same time, this latest project will not only impact S'pore but also wiill benefit his cronies as "cronyism and nepotism" are both started by him hence he needs to quickly wrap it up while still in power.
Never ever trust this dirty vintage Old M who even bypass Johor sultan and his own useless CM or MB to avoid any hindrance and proceed with his own accord.

"All Malaysians are my cronies. That’s why I work for all of them, including the people of Johor... There were problems we had when Singapore said that we are encroaching. We are not encroaching, we are in our waters and I think this is public knowledge, so if people don’t know, well, I don’t have to go around telling people one by one, ‘you know or not’,”.

...and Malaysians voted Dr M, Loke best Pakatan communicators. Really breathtaking that a PM can talk like that, as breathtaking as Trump.

Johor should secede from Malaysia...
Johor has its own army, airport and also a well managed economy as compared
to other states.
Singaporean will assist Johor and support Johor.
Singapore will give more jobs to Johorean as compare to other nationalities such as China or India.
