(1) What has Osman Saipan done to promote bilateral relationship between Johor and Singapore?
None - except to instigate tension :-
- illegal intrusion into Singapore Territorial Water
- talk about revising water price
- talk about building crooked bridge
- derail talk on investment into Iskandar Development

(2) Cause tension between Johor Royalty and Federal Government

(3) Cause incoherent development perspective between Johor state government and Federal government.

(4) Lie about fake degree

nothing wrong for not having a university degree but it is wrong to have a FAKE degree when you are holding CM post. One has to be trueful and honest to himself and his family.
