(1) That is why UK got to be very careful when Trump promise a mammoth trade deal with UK after Brexit - 2 or 3 times its current volume.
(2) Because Trump will always go back on his words - and will never offer anything that benefit his trading partners.
(3) It always depends on when his mood swing.
