(1) To safeguard against the pork supply (from swine flu), poultry (from bird flu) --- there should be more urgent needs to "culture the cells of these meat" ---- into "vegan meat".
(2) This will prevent the pork supply, or poultry supply from being disrupted from "flu virus" ---- so that prices of such food supply will not "hit the roof" if "flu bug" hit the domesticated animals.
