This article is a very accurate assessment of the situation in handling N Korea.
To ensure meaningful and workable solution to N Korea problem - US and Allies will need to actively engage China and even Russia ---- to be effective.
The policy of "be a good guy - before we talk to you" - will not be effective.
Both "Carrots" and "Stick" need to work in tandem to make it work.
Cannot use just "Stick" alone or "Carrot" alone.
