N Korea should prevent inflamming the situation further by a long range launch of a missile. This will put China in a very bad position.
Both US and China should implement a sanction as stick to N Korea to do a nuclear test against international sanction. But a clause must be included for talk leading to a Korean Peninsula Peace Treaty to end the many decades of Korean Peninsula hostility.
Constant bickerings and hostility is not a peace overture.
There must be a way to lead to the signing of a peace treaty to end the hostilities.
