I think this will help to create many SMEs - to provide employment in the form of entrepreneurship for those with good ideas and possess the entrepreneur spirits who dare to take calculated risks with fair chances of success.

Hopefully some of these SMEs can turn into a home-grown conglomerate one day - and provide employment to many Singaporeans.
