Yes. the ISIS daesh is trying to distract attention when their base in Iraq and Syria is shaking when come under incessant attack.
Going forward, should expedite and redouble the effort in eradicating the ISIS daesh in Iraq and Syria - so that they will have no base to plan and plot overseas terrorist activities.
Meanwhile, Countries all over the World should step up vigilance and intelligence to protect themselves from terrorists activities.
This is the only way to defeat ISIS daesh.
But in Syria, more collaboration and cooperation will be required by US coalition and Russia coalition - to successfully defeat ISIS daesh in Syria.
