Yes, it is important to skilfully wield the stick and carrot in left hand and right hand in tandem - to express displeasure by wielding a stick but also to be able to shove a carrot when the time is ripe - to negotiate a Peace Treaty to end the decade old armistice - hopefully that can resolve decades of Korean Peninsula headache.
