If Arab countries wish to diversify and promote tourism to prevent reliance on oil to drive the Economies ----- Peace no war, no terrorism ---- is the most and important criteria.

Thus, reigning the security threat of ISIS and peace between Sunnis and Shiites ---- will be the most important pre-requisite.
