Vietnam PM text the whole nation to defend their Nation sovereignty.

Vietnam display of outburst throughout the nation holding protest and rioting, damaging China business and other investment mistaken to be the China business.

Under such circumstances - what do you think is the chances of armed conflict when the standoff is not resolved and both sides will not back down?
