The maritime spat through confrontation at sea through the oil rig is unfortunate and unwarranted - as it raise tension in the region.

But systematically walloping innocent citizens at the workplace is also unwarranted and unfortunate - that the political maritime spat has caused harm to people-to-people relationship and damage business interest.

Alot can be learned from how Indoneisa and Philippines handled their maritime dispute and peacefully reached a deal presumably a Win-Win outcome - that will be good for both countries as well as the region.

This is an exemplary example of how Matured Countries and Economies deal with dispute that bring about a Win-Win outcome for themselves as well as Win-Win-Win outcome for the region - due to Peaceful deal and not confrontational actions that will inflame the region - that will impede trade, business, sea lane, air lane .....

When both disputant locked horn and choose confrontation instead, the outcome become a Lose-Lose one - whether politically, military, people-to-people relationship, trade, business, travel, international reputation etc. - a Lose-Lose-Lose-Lose-Lose-Lose ....... outcomes .......
