Our SAF should also adopt both Concentration meditation and Mindfulness meditation to fight stress, attain calmness and develop insights.

Ancient pugilistic and army such as the Japanese military - will do such meditation before embarking on a fight or battle - and the effect is tremendous.

Concentration meditation is also very potent - for eg. if one mustered all the 1 pointedness strength on a needle and throw it at a glass plane, the needle can penetrate through the glass plane.

Concentrated laser light source - will have powerful energy that can burn through a hole through a solid object.

Thus 1-pointedness concentration nimitta - will be so powerful that can penetrate through and gain insights.
