There are 2 Parts of Universe – under the Universal Law of Relativity or Dualistic Law or Nama/Rupa or 色 & 空。

One Part is “Real” – it is known as Nirvana (涅槃) or many major Religions called “God” or “Allah”.

The Other Part is “Illusion” – it is the Physical Universe of Samsara (沙婆世界) – a “Sea of Sufferings” - where Human and other 6 realms of sentinent beings that dwell in namely (Hell Realm, Hungry Ghosts Realm, Asura Realms, Animal Realms and Heavenly Realms).

The Part that is “Real” – is Permanent, Peaceful, Bliss – with no Karma (that is No Punishment and No Reward) – as Karma has ceased, No Birth, No Death, it is Eternal. The 3 Supramundane Values of this Part is make up of No-Self, Compassion & Panna Wisdom (known as 华严三昧) – This is the Supramundane Nirvana where all Enlightened Beings dwell in.
In Buddhism, Arahats, Pacceka Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Buddha dwell in.
In Hinduism, Taoism, Christianity, Islam – Nirvana is called God or Allah.

The Other Part that is “Illusion” – is Impermanent – as all 6 realms sentinent beings are subject to birth, living, sick, old aged, demise and rebirth – in a vicious cycle of Samsara; is subject to Universal Law of karma (you reap what you sow), Life is Sufferings and do not have full and total control of our life.

The Part that is “Real” – Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah” – is make up of 3 Wholesome Values of No-Self （无我，无私，大舍), Universal Compassion （大慈，大悲 – Compassion on the well-beings of Samsara Beings & Grief on the Sufferings of Samsara Beings）& Panna Wisdom （般若智慧).

Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah” – does not prescribe punishment to inflict Sufferings on Human Beings or other 6 realms sentinent beings – It is the Universal Law of Karma that inflict “You reap what You sow”.

Because in Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah” – Please do not be mistaken the Universal Compassion of Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah”.

Where there is Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah” – there is Universe Samsara.

As Nirvana or “God’ or “Allah” – is created and evolved by Supramundane Mental State (of 5 Mental Aggregates) :-
(1) 1-pointedness Jhana Samadhi concentration
(2) Supernova explosion into 3-Ring Fruition of Nirvana that enwrap the Entire Universe.

As Universe Samsara – is created and evolved by Mundane 4 Great Elements of Matter, Temperature, Air, Water :-
(1) Black Hole – Origin of Universe
(2) Supernova explosion into Infinite Universe

If there are no Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real) – there will be no Universe (Illusion – the Mirror Image).
If there is no Universe (Illusion) – there will be no Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real – the Mirror Image).

This is known as 明心见性 – when the Bodhi Heart attain Nirvana – you see the Samsara – where the Bodhi Heart is a “Mirror”.

That is – “Nama” – “Rupa”; “Rupa” – “Nama”.
That is – 色=空； 空=色。

(That accord to the Principles of Law of Relativity or Dualistic Law) – in Science.

Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real) – has Predominant 3 attributes :-
(1) OmniPresence (attribute to No-Self) （无我，无私，大舍), – being the Supramundane Mental formation of 1-pointed Jhana Samadhi and the SuperNova explosion of 3 Ring-Fruition that enwrap the entire Universe (Real Universe – that is Permanent). And the corresponding mirror image of (Illusion Universe) – where the formation of Black Hole and SuperNova explosion into Infinite Universe. This make all Supramundane and the Mundane World – encompass under the OmniPresence of Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real).

(2) OmniBenevolence (attribute to Compassion) （大慈，大悲 – Compassion on the well-beings of Samsara Beings & Grief on the Sufferings of Samsara Beings） – being the Supramundane Mental of Overwhelming Great Compassion - Compassion on the well-beings of Samsara Beings & Grief on the Sufferings of Samsara Beings – to want to salvage all 6 realms sentinent beings – where even the last sentinent beings in the Hell realm and the last grain of sand in the Physical Universe will be liberated.

(3) OmniScience (attribute to Panna Wisdom or Insights) （般若智慧) – for being possess the knowledge of the First formation of the Supramundane Mental formation of Nirvana “God” or “Allah” (Real) that mirror the Mundane formation of Universe through Black Hole and SuperNova formation of Infinite Universe – where the subsequent mutated evolution of Physical Universe as well as all the 6 realms sentinent beings – are directed OmniScience – where their evolution are results of their individual karmas and collective karmas.

Please note that “OMNIPOTENT” – is not part of the attribute of Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real) in their 3 Supramundane Consciousness (华严三昧).

“OmniPotent” consciousness (承霸) is only found in Mara, Satan or 魔.

It is the Universal Law of Karma (the Natural Law) – that dictate Rewards or Punishment according to the Principle of “You Reap what You Sow” – but Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real) – will not administer “Rewards” or “Punishment” – because they do not possess the attribute of :-

“OmniPotent” consciousness (承霸)

Nirvana or “God” or “Allah” (Real) – only possess the 3 attributes of OmniPresence, OmniBenevolence and OmniScience.

For example, will a Father or Mother - stone, amputate and administer 100 lashes on His/Her Sons and Daughters?

The Father or Mother - have Compassion for His/Her Sons and Daughters - that will only educate, teach, coach, counsel and administer rewards and punishment that they will learn the mistake and repent and do good.

But will not mutilate, amputate, exert cruelty to cause intense pain on His or Her Sons and Daughters.

The Father and Mothers' Heart only have "Compassion" for Their Children.
