The interaction of lawmakers between the 2 Countries can help in building trust and confident building – and can help to find ways to bridge gaps, close gaps, untie knots in resolving dispute.

This will help to prevent miscomm and misfiring – if tension arises.

When there are too many dead knots, it will be very daunting and difficult to untie all at once.

The only way to defuse tension and cool temperatures – is to start small step, and one at a time, slowly untie one dead knots at a time.

Initially will be slow and painful. But once the first dead knots is unravel and resolve, the next and subsequent dead knots will be easier – as confident build and mutual trust is established.
