There should not be caste system to cast human into a certain class in this modern world.
Also law should be effective and serve as deterrent to prevent crimes, protect human of all class and types - whether rich or poor, children or adult, male or female, old or young.

Enforcement must be effective to arrest those who commit such heinous crime - including capital punishment for murdering women discriminately.
