'Camels transmitting deadly MERS virus to men'

If camels are
established as the source of transmission, then stringent measures should be
introduced to prevent the spread of Mers from camels to humans examples but not
limited to :-
(1) Infected camels should be kept in confined spaces.
(2) Human at large should not be allowed to access to infected camels
(3) Human access to the camels should be properly protected by protective gear from head to toes to prevent infection from infected camels.
(4) Can camels be treated with vaccine or medicine to eradicate from Mers? If not camels should not be allowed to come into contact with humans at large except for humans that feed them or treat them.
(5) All healthy camels should subject to periodic test to ensure they are not infected with Mers.
(6) All healthy camels should not be allowed to mixed with infected camels.
(7) Do contact tracing on all Humans infected with Mers – did they in any way come into contact with camels – and trace the source of this infected camels. If some Humans infected with Mers have no contact with infected camels, then where through what source did they get infected?
(8) Come out with action plan and contingency plan on how to protect pilgrimage that are coming for the Haj to prevent infection.
Only through vigorous and safe proof measures to be put in place – can Humans be safeguarded from mass infections.

so, is there any stringent measures to eradicate superbugs in every hospital
corner?
For eg. disinfectant is not a good idea as the superbug will get stronger and more resistant.
Then can heat or light source that will kill superbugs be used to eradicate them in hospital before allowing patients to stay in hospital?
Can more authoritative guidelines establised for antibiotics used to be follow by all hospitals and doctors?
May even want to make use of legal means to enforce such guidelines to prevent misuse or overuse of antibiotics - treating the antibiotics like controlled drugs?
(2) Big or Meta Data crunching for danger sign – through correlation analysis to establish danger sign.
