Look like the local rebels will unwittingly nudge the 2 Blocs
into unnecessary confrontation – which is bad for World Peace.

Such
unnecessary confrontation – will eventually hurt the Economic Growth of both Blocs
– because conflict hurt wealth.
But
human always have a tendency to choose emotion over rational – due to the 3 inherent
unwholesome roots of Ignorance of Universal Law, Greed/Attachment, Hatred/Anger.
