Hence, Nirvana Realms and Formless Heavenly Realm are formless and represented by Dharma Wheel - that permeates every aspects of the Universe.

Major religions also mention that God, Allah is formless - it could have been refer to Nirvana or Formless Heavenly Realm that are formless and that pervade every aspects of the Universe - enwrapping the Universe - hence OmniPresence.

Enlightened Beings attaining Nirvana in addition possess 3 Bodies :-
(1) Nirvana Body - formless body that enwrap the Universe - hence OmniPresence
(2) Dharma Body - formless body that permeates all 10 realms - imparting the Universal Law
(3) Physical Body (eg. Human Body) - Human Body through the volition of His Vows are reborn for eg. in Human realm, in Tusita Heaven realm, some are born in other realms to fulfil their Bodhi Vows.

Thus every aspect of our life are called Zen - where material things of 4 Great Elements around us, people around us, other sentinent beings around us - possess the quality of Dharma under the Universal Law of Omnipresence - and Human can gain Enlightenment by being mindful of the Zen in every present moment. 

Note :- The difference between Nirvana Realm and Formless Heavenly Realm is that, Formless Heavenly Realm is formless - whereby the mental consciousness and the physical pervasiveness - is filling up the Physical Universe. Hence the Dharma Wheel without the spoke protruding out the Dharma Wheel.
Nirvana Realm is formless whereby the mental consciousness and the physical pervasiveness - is enwrapping the Physical Universe. Hence the Dharma Wheel with spokes protruding out of the Dharma Wheel.
The Nirvana Realm with spokes protruding out of the Dharma Wheel - is actually depicting the 12 Dependant Origination of Life - that demonstrate how Samsara's mundane life evolve - essentially as explain by the bible - Adam & Eve that depict how human life procreate and evolve.
Formless Heavenly Realm attain the Dharma Wheel without the spoke protruding out the Dharma Wheel - see the boundary of Universe as the final Spiritual attainment - without realising and depicting the Dualistic Law of Mundane and Supramundane - ie. how mundane life - ie how human life procreate and evolve - and see Formless Heavenly Realm as the Final Salvation. (That is, Supramundane Formless Heavenly Realm as the final - unlike the Universal Dualistic Law of 色 & 空，nama & rupa, mundane & Supramundane) - hence projecting the Formless Heavenly Realm as OmniPotent.
Nirvana Realm depict Universal Dualistic Law of 色 & 空，nama & rupa, mundane & Supramundane - even though Nirvana Realm is attained - because OmniPresence is made up of 2 components - Mental consciousenss Predominant of Nirvana & OmniPresence of the Physical Universe - that conform to Universal Dualistic Law of 色 & 空，nama & rupa, mundane & Supramundane.
This conform to mathematics principles of 0 to 0.00....1 to 99999... back to 0 - an infinite loop of 色 & 空 - bascially what Heart Sutra (心经) - experience and depict.
