It is important to address with a booming Economy, why do people rob and steal?

Also important to address why do people carry weapons such as knife, gun and stick?

Maslow Hierarchy of Needs - Security - is an important Human needs that a Country must address so that poeple will feel safe in a Society. Wealth without personal safety and security is like living in a Hell realm - where sentinent beings can be mugged and kill every minutes and every second the moment sentinent beings appear in a street or even the home is ransacked or raided.
