A good surprise turn of events.

Russia willingness for dialogue with Ukraine's Poroshenko will smell good to cool tension in East Europe and avoid 2 Blocs confrontation.

If a peaceful deal can be worked out, then the East Europe hotspot out of the other 2 hotspots will no longer be a hotspot - and this will spell good for World Peace.
