Hong Kong protesters attack MTR station supervisor and leave him needing hospital treatment for hand and neck injuries

(1) Despite the HK Governor extending the olive branch to formally withdraw the Extradition Bill plus other compromise --- these HK protestors are still bending on using violent to force their way.

(2) This are sign that show these HK protestors become more and more embolden to use violent to get what they want - as they see the Government bending as they escalate their violent actions.

(3) If violent continue to escalate despite the HK Governor appeasing moves --- it will come a time to impose Emergency Order - to restore law and order - and follow up by identifying and arresting all these violent radical protestors ---- as they must pay a price for breaking all law and order.

(4) As noted that Indonesia President and his Security Minister have done a good job by quelling the riot and unrest in Papua by surging more troops and imposing strict security measures to suppress the Papua unrest.

(5) India also have done a good job by imposing curfew and send many troops to suppress the unrest in Kashmir.

(6) HK by using soft approach - if works -- will be good.
But evidently, the soft approach is unable to get its intending result ---- and in fact embolden the HK radical violent protestors to continue its violent ways.

(7) Everyone should see over the weekend if the majority of the protestors are supporting this radical group.
If yes Emergency Order will need to be seriously consider.

(8) Else if the majority has relented -- except for some minority radical group --- then Emergency Order can be put on hold --- while the Police can concentrate on tracking down the minority radical group and arrest them for breaking the law and order.

Patient and withholding armed force by Mainland China will run thin soon. Once armed force is applied by China, all these protesters will know they have overstepped the line and regret for the past few weeks of their damaging violence. Am sure a few may be dead meat on the public roads/areas. These protesters thought that they are brave and nobody is able to control and tame them. Once China applies the grip, they will be like a fish caught in a crocodile mouth ending in to stomach. .

(1) There are economic penalty - if China mainland troop directly intervene - as China may lose the foriegn capital coming from HK to the China mainland (when US levy the sanction).

(2) Even if Emergency Order is declare, HK Police must still run the whole show - by using police assets to lockdown MTR, major roads etc, ban all political rallies and protest, mass arrest of troublemaker and curb all dissenting news.

(3) Mainland troops can only be activated if the protestors infringe the Sovereignty or National Interest - such as declaring independence or attempt to breakaway from China ---- which in fact should only be used as the last resort.

Fully agree. Violence is not the way to go. The majority should be content, and already proved the point that the people have the power to protect their way of life. Give them some time, and they will relent when they realise their radical actions have gone overboard.

A student leader said the withdrawal of the bill will cause further division because those who are supportive of the bill are disappointed and they will protest. The black shirts will change into white shirts going rampage and havoc demanding the bill to be passed. The will erect a gigantic photo of the murdered girl and parade along the street and shout we want justice and then charging into the courts and beating up judges

And these hypocrites want to demand action be taken against police 'brutality'. You accuse the China of using tanks, you accuse the HK police of being brutal but you can't see what you are doing and what you have become. You have become wild animals! These young protesters are not interested in any worthy cause. Gathering together as mobs too often have made them drunk on the power that numbers bring. They addicted to the rush of doing what they want and getting away with it. When they run riot and nobody dares to stop them or arrest, when they get the biggest country on the earth to bow down to their demands, they think they have become gods. They don't want to stop the protests because it makes them high on the power it brings. It doesn't matter how many demands you accept they will not stop and will keep on inventing new excuses to carry on. Like any wild animal running out of control the only way to stop this nonsense is to retaliate with force. Just like you see those whiny b#$ches crying when they got cornered in the train.

As the cantonese would said; "Tiger don't make noise, all you think it a sick cat". These protestors gone beyond red line too many times. Surprising a lot of pro-western supporters and westerners support such violent protests. I think it time for HK govt to take hard actions.

The rioters do not follow any law. this is an ordinary employee just making a living. why target them. if this is their brand of democracy, then HK is better off without it. China should step in and round up all these terrorist that are making the life of ordinary HK citizens miserable .

MTR reported to police about vandalism by the protesters? Why do they need police? Why they call police for help since they protected the Terrorists and gave them free ride home for the past 12 weeks , supported and defended their violent riots and never closed the affected station where large riot gathered? One of their demands is why police applied forced and used tear gas? Are these HK people, public who joined the Terrorists crazy or what? They hate police!
They fought again by police! They beat the police and many more. They threw broken bricks raw eggs , pointed lasers, used poles, gaseline Bombs, sharp umbrella and many other hidden weapons to fight with the police and now they report to the police and called police for help. They should get US or British police to investigate for them. This is a world joke! Spit and lick back!!

Thats why I have said not to negotiate with these terrorists and not to give in. It will only signal to them that the gov is weak and afraid. China is right to call them terrorists. Arrest those already caught and sentence them to ten years or more behind bars. This will send a strong signal to the rest who are thinking of creating more trouble.

They can go around destroying things when their demand is not met and they still have the face to demand HK government to free those mobs that had been caught.
