(1) The charge by this HK pro-democracy lawmaker - claiming Police of "brutal crackdown" and "police abuse" ---- is in fact nonsense.
(2) HK police has the most handicapped in quelling the riot and unrest on the HK protestors - compare to other law enforcers in many Countries.
This explain why HK protestors can go on ramapaged for more than 3 months - destroying public properties, beating innocents bypasser, beating police, disrupting air flight services, disrupting MTR, blocking roads etc.
(3) HK protestors has reached a point of 无法无天 -- total disregard of law and order.
(4) In fact, more stringent and effective measures should have been adopted by the Police to quell and end the unrest in HK.
The UN should interpret what constitute "rioting, arson, vandalism, hooliganism, and treason", and come out with guidelines on how law enforcement are to combat such violence.
Its time now for China to stop supplying free water to Hk.
Hk Police needs to start shooting the front line mob leaders with live bullets. Where in the world can you see a city been destroyed by MOBS for 4 months and still continuing ? Its only occurs in HK.
Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou will all overtake HK.

The Chinese communist diplomaatic officials are the least credible people when it comes to talking about crises and crimes in China. The reason is that the ruling communist party in the Chinese empire is a scandalous bunch of dangerous scofflaws themselves.
