(1) With the governor officially withdraw the Extradition Bill - let see whether the HK protestors continue to protest or let peace prevail.

(2) If the protests end, then everything is fine.

(3) But if the protests continue or worst escalate --- can forsee that stronger measures maybe warranted.

(4) See how Indonesia and India do a surge in their troop forces and the imposition of stronger measures to curb the protests --- and the protestors finally retreat and the situation are now in control.

The ppl of Hong Kong has suffered for months and their persistence has produced results. This is a Stern and clear warning to Beijing not to play play with the 2 systems declaration in future. The combined will power of the ppl for freedom cannot be underestimated.

If you know of the consequences earlier, why wait until now to officially withdraw the bill

Is too late. Now is not just the issue of Extradition Bill, there are serveral others that the Protesters are wanting it to addressed. If she had not stubbornly decline to withdraw the Bill right from the beginning, things would not have had happened to this present stage.

Extremely useless and weak leader. I foresee the demonstrations and rioting will continue as now those Hong Kong zombies are encouraged to be more violence to achieve their goals. Terrorism had won the day

I thought it was withdrawn weeks ago when she said it was 'dead'? Playing with words only?

Two outcomes.
1) More criminals from mainland and Taiwan will move to HK.
2) The protestors will get more violent to get the other 4 demands.
Let's watch.
