The HK dialogues should be broken up into 3 categories :-
    (1) Economic
    (2) Social
    (3) Political - this topic seems to be the taboo and deadlocker between the HK & China Government with the HK protestors (as all the 5 demands are political in nature - but not economic and social issues - in which both China and HK Government can accomodate and improve upon).
As such, moderate HK people should try to achieve common ground with the HK and China Government - by focusing on the Economic and Social issues ---- which will likely to gain headway to resolve the painpoints faced by the HK people.

    a. For Economic - this refer to job prospects for the HK people, the bread and butter issues, the salary, the cost of living, the prices of goods and services, education, healthcare, retirement sum etc. ---- which both the China and HK Government have the means and resources to deliver solutions to alleviate the problem face by the HK people.
    b. For Social - this refer to the availiability of affordable housing, the size of the houses (not shoebox apartment of 40 sqm but should look at 90 to 100 sq m) - at affordable price, bigger social spaces for interaction and integration, establish platform for HK people to have constant dialogues with the HK Government and the China Government.
This is what the HK and China Government can accomodate - and fruitful outcomes can emerge from the dialogue.

    (1) Demanding free speeches and democracy - the gist of the 5 demands by the HK radical protestors --- will not help to resolve the economic problem and social problems for the HK people.

    (2) For eg. US democracy and free speeches - produce populist and protectionist like Trump that advocate "America First, and the World last" --- whereby containing China (including HK) is their main motivation.
How does the HK radical pro-democratic protestors expect US and Trump to support HK protestors cause --- where in fact their agenda is to make China and HK go down.

    (3) For eg. UK - where their democracy and free speeches led to a chaotic Brexit --- that will have a tremendous negative political, social and economic impact on UK.
So how does the HK radical pro-democratic protestors expect UK to support HK protestors cause - when in fact they need China to help them in trade, business and investment.

    (4) China with the 2nd largest Economy in the World and likely to surpass US a decade later to become the larget Economy in the World - will be the most credible party to help to resolve the Economic and Social issues that HK people face.
Looking across the mainland China and many of its provinces - China economic and social policies are able to elevate more than 400 million to 700 million people out of poverty to become middle and upper income status.

It is not about free speeches, democracy or communism --- that determine the quality of governance.
It is the caliber of a Government and its civil service ---- that determine whether it can bring peace, prosperity and stability to HK.
And the majority of the HK people got to understand and recognise this ---- in order for meaningful and dialogue to arise ---- to reach common ground --- and to cease violent and protest movement --- and gradually restore back law and order into HK.

These bunch of hooligans youngsters protestors out there will not want dialogue as they are out to create trouble and violent to meet their demand. So it a waste of time to have a dialogue with ruffians.
