"The China-Singapore-Guangzhou knowledge city is also designed to attract high-tech industries and creative talent".
It would be a great idea if Mr Heng sends all Singaporean talents to this knowledge city to develop innovation and technology, afterall Singapore environment is not suitable. Let Singapore concentrates on tourism and gambling city with MBS and RWS. Singaporeans should prepare to work overseas in tge future.
