(1) Job sharing seems to be a good way to tap "untapped labour source" - good for the enterprises that adopt it who faces labour shortage.

(2) Workers who need extra income but who can't afford a full-time job - can also benefit from the job sharing scheme.

Although it is a circumstantial link between grades and working mother (or father), this is 1 case to go towards the importance of parent caring over their children.
