Seems to me, some have such a sickness of mind that needs urgent addressing. Best that NUS and NTU managements issue a notice to all students to offer to students, who are similarly afflicted, to register for clinical, or psychological consultation, and all information will be strictly confidential between "doctor/clinical psychologist" and the students concerned. Devise the mechanism to facilitate easy registration, and quick referral. Ensure such students are not penalised in any way for coming forward to seek help. The objective is to eliminate or mitigate the offences, and help also those who have the urge, but unable on their own to control them. Get the experts in to explain causes and probable solutions.

Even at this time when the issue is still hot and so much attention is given to it, there is still someone daringly committing this crime amidst so-called increasing security measures, doesn't that tell you that the school and police's penalties aren't severe enough to dissuade would-be perpetrators? This alone should tell you that you need to DO BETTER, DO MORE to protect your female students! Giving 1-2 warnings just tells perpetrators that they have 1-2 chances to get away with this crime before anything substantial actually damages their futures, and in that time how many more countless females will have to go through traumatic/offensive experiences which definitely affects their future wellbeing? Why is it more important to protect your male perpetrators' "future" than it is to protect your female students' "present" and "future" ??
