Polluting the river and environment and causing so many casualties is an irresponsible act.

Singaporeans who either work, live or tour in other Countries must do the right things and have correct corporate responsibilities in conducting their course of business.

Else he will have to be answerable and responsible for any wrongdoing.

Singapore has investment in many Countries.
Singaporeans must have good and responsible corporate practices not only at home but also in foreign Countries.

It must be an inherent and innate part of our Corporate culture or as individual.

Yesterday Msia JB police chief said no one is ever arrested, while someone may say they did…

Today its 3 arrested & charged in court, 1 is Sporean. Like this also can, so who can be trusted in Msia PH now?

Btw if that SG guy really did it, after his released from Msia jail, should be persecuted again on return, and banned from all contracting jobs ad prevention act. His property should be seized to compensate Johor brothers who suffered his misdeeds.

Such flagrant acts must not be tolerated whether its done in local or overseas, esp its our neighbors next door who suffered unnecessarily.

I do not think all you had posted is correct as firstly we are not law enforcer and we cannot so fast say all 3 are guilty. What we need are concrete proof that they really commit illegal dumping.Even Singapore citizen working in Malaysia will need to comply with Malaysia laws and regulation. We cannot so fast say banned who and who when currently they are not guilty. We always had bad habit of becoming own judge. Please all change this type of behaviour.

They are probably old polluter, and have been dumping waste illegally, and nothing related to the methane thing which anyway was wrongly related for the toxic thing. The new development is after China rejected the waste from the West and US, Malaysia is one of the largest recipient of these waste. These import should not be allowed in the first place.

so many people affected, sick and injured just because these people wanted some convenience and to save money in disposal of the chemicals. These people should be severely punished.

Still Chinese DNA. Same same.

Why do Singaporean Chinese like to make excuses as if they are better?

If they were non-Chinese, you would have seen hundreds of racist comments in here. But all you see now is the Chinese saying that that guy is a new citizen.

Double standard of the highest level.
