The Government has indeed fulfil its promise to reduce foreign worker quota - and create higher value-added jobs for Singaporeans.

Business should actively work with e2i to fulfill the manpower needs - so that more Singaporean workers looking for jobs can land a good jobs.

Business should also actively transformed its business, process and adopt automation - to replace more manpower needs so that more higher-valued added jobs can be created for Singaporean workers.

Do you think Singaporeans to manual jobs? They will turn round and tell you that even if you pay them one hundred dollars a day they also dont want to do the job e.g lorry/prime mover driver and attendant.
