Suggest that those sanctions relating to upholding the peace deal on East Ukraine be lifted.

This is to reward the upholding of peace in East Ukraine to allow political process to take over and preserve peace, easing tension in East Ukraine.

The sanction related to annexation Crimea can still remain.
