Surrounding the IS, cutting them off from supplies - food, water, ammo, logistics, material, good services, manpower reinforcement, communication - will demoralise them. A battle half-won.

Sending message to them that they can surrender to prevent attack - will break them soon.

Tighten the noose day by day, eat the territory km by km - until 1 week or more, the IS supplies will be gone and desperate.

The battle will be won.
