The Iraq commanders in the frontline should ensure their troops and militiamen strictly observe no massacre of the Sunni populations.

All POWs should be brought to military trials so that justice can be properly administered.

What the IS has done, the Iraqi troop must not do.

IS group - is a Satan cult.

Iraqi troop must not be another Satanic cult.

Iraqi troop need to win over the population in Tikrit and Mosul so that they will accept your rule and coexist peacefully with you - you must win the Sunni heart and mind - not act like another IS group.

All IS POWs that are captured should be interrogated for intelligence on the whereabout of the IS senior commanders and be brought to military trials for justice.

This will win over and provide assurance to the Sunni populations - that no rampant or illegal justice administration are carry out.

No private execution or revenge should be administered on the field by Iraq troop.

Only in this way :-
(1) Battles can be won in Tikrit and Mosul
(2) War in Iraq can be convincingly won in Iraq - and drive out and eradicate IS influence
(3) Administration of war crime by IS - can be transparently carried out by the World and Iraqi justice system.

Only then can Iraq rule Iraqi comprising the Shiite, Sunni, Kurds and other minorities.

Only then will IS influence in Iraq be officially end - and will no longer be a threat to Iraq.
